Dr. Greg Joseph is the Vice President of Corporate Development and plays a key role in accelerating our growth by managing our opportunity pipeline, specifically focused on developing strategic customers and partners to allow us to bid on larger prime contracts. Greg has over 18 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry, primarily leading strategic business development efforts and program management operations at ERC. After getting his start in designing orbit dynamics, hardware-in the loop, GNC analysis, and software development, Greg transitioned into a Development Technical Specialist role building partnerships in Government (NASA, DoD) and commercial sectors. Greg‘s career in Business Development led him to become the Program Manager for SEMATS (Seek Eagle Modeling, Analysis, and Tools Support) and he later became the Executive Vice President of Business Development. Greg holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Purdue University. He also holds an MBA from the University of West Florida.
