CFD Research employee Will Krolick and friends Zach Wright and Wyatt Ramos initiated the idea in college. Mr. Krolick ran the idea through CFD Research’s “Shark Tank” style innovation pitch competition. CFD Research leadership took notice and provided seed funding to develop prototypes and a business plan. The result is the Unicorn Door Breaching system and a newly formed spin-out, Sirberus Tactical.

The Unicorn Door Breaching System

A patent pending mechanical tool specifically designed to breach heavy-duty outward opening doors by puncturing, deploying, and pulling to breach a door.

Provides a maximally effective and rapid door breach while minimizing safety risks for law enforcement and special operations teams in scenarios where traditional breach methods like battering rams are ineffective.

Tested by the Huntsville SWAT Team

CFD Research recently invited the Huntsville SWAT team to evaluate a the Unicorn Door Breaching System. The Unicorn is a system designed to puncture and remove outward opening reinforced doors for quick and safe entry by first responders including police, military and fire/rescue squads.
