From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Alexander served in ever-increasing positions of responsibility until he ultimately became President of Camber in 1999. During his 12 years as President, Camber grew from 450 employees with $61M in annual revenues to over 2,300 employees with $440M in annual revenues at over 30 offices around the world.
Dr. Robin B. Buckelew

Dr. Buckelew was responsible for development of the Army’s missile sensors; guidance and control; computer and electronics; fire control radar technologies; Army tactical propulsion technologies; warhead integration; active protection systems; composite structures; weapon and sensor platform integration; corrosion prevention and control; and propulsion life-cycle sustainment activities. She holds BS from UA-Tuscaloosa, and MS, PhD in Aerospace Engineering from University of Alabama Huntsville, and she has received numerous awards during her professional career.

Gary Connor brings over 31 years of experience in program management and senior executive leadership in the U.S. Air Force. Gary’s last executive assignment was the Deputy Program Manager for the $ 8 billion/year Ballistic Missile Defense System, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Huntsville, Alabama. His other notable senior leadership positions include: Program Director, Ground-based Midcourse Defense, MDA; Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications, Multi-National Force, Iraq; Commander, Command & Control (C2) Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) and Battle Management Systems Wings, Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, and; Director Reconnaissance Systems Program Office, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Since retiring from the Air Force in late 2009, Gary serves as an Aerospace Industry consultant. Gary has a BS in Electrical Engineering and a MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Lowell, Lowell, Massachusetts. He also earned a Masters in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, Ft McNair, Washington DC.

In 1978 Mr. Reeves co-founded General Digital Industries, a developer and manufacturer of computer hardware and software systems. He was the organizer of BizTech, Huntsville’s high-technology business incubator. He serves as a director of AvaLAN Wireless Systems, TNG Pharmaceuticals, Preparis Corporation, the Industrial Development Board of Huntsville; and the Huntsville Public Building Authority.
Robert F. Weiss, ScD

Dr. Weiss is the founder of Physical Sciences Inc. (PSI), he was President and CEO until 1998, and Chairman until 2005. Dr. Weiss led PSI’s three commercial spin-outs: PSI Medical Products, Spectrum Diagnostix, and Confluent Photonics Corp. He is now President of Back Bay Biosciences, focused on computational biology and its experimental and clinical applications. He is also Chairman of the New England Innovation Alliance, which provides a forum for discussion of subjects of mutual interest to small R&D companies, and is part of the MIT Venture Mentoring Service. Dr. Weiss received his Doctor of Science in Engineering from NYU in 1963, MSc from MIT, and a BSc from NYU.
