SUMMARY:SYSCOM Technical Information Exchange 2024
DESCRIPTION:The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)\, in collaboration with the Navy SBIR Transition Program (Navy STP)\, are presenting the SYSCOM Technical Information Exchange on 12-13 March 2024. \nNavy STP Innovative Technology Showcases are designed to engage the fleet\, primes\, and acquisition stakeholders by promoting mature technologies that are ready for transition from companies participating in the Navy STP through on-demand Tech Talks\, and an enhanced online presence on the Navy STP (Navy STP VTM). The Navy STP VTM is the Navy’s premier catalogue that provides additional information on Navy technology topics for small businesses participating in the program. \nNAVAIR provides material support for aircraft and airborne weapon systems for the United States Navy while NAVSEA’s primary objective is to engineer\, build\, buy\, and maintain the U.S. Navy’s fleet of ships and its combat systems.

SUMMARY:Neurotrama State of the Technology Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command’s (USAMRDC) Combat Casualty Care Research Program (CCCRP) Neurotrauma Portfolio and the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA)\, with support of MTEC\, will host a State of the Technology meeting focused on Non-invasive Neuroassessment tools. The goal of this meeting is to understand the state of the technology to: a) better diagnose traumatic brain injury (TBI) at all levels of the continuum of care\, b) understand how to monitor patients already diagnosed with TBI\, and c) identify new potential products that could be developed into prototypes for the diagnosis\, assessment\, and monitoring of TBI.

SUMMARY:UCAH Spring Technical Exchange 2024
DESCRIPTION:The Joint Hypersonics Transition Office (JHTO) at the University Consortium for Applied Hypersonics (UCAH) Spring Technical Exchange (STE)\, which will be held at Texas A&M University on March 11-14\, 2024. True to the UCAH mission of moving the needle in research and workforce\, at STE\, you will be briefed by the future workforce on technical progress on over 30 UCAH funded projects. In addition\, keynote lectures from the current OUSD Principal Director for Hypersonics and the Former Under Secretary for Defense for Research and Engineering will highlight DoD focused demand signal\, opportunity space\, and lessons learned. The program will also include guest speakers and panel sessions related to the JHTO hypersonics S&T Roadmap\, Army hypersonics\, JHTO workforce development\, DoD fellowship opportunities\, protecting technology\, and the emergence of small companies in the development of hypersonic flight systems. JHTO will also sponsor job fair and poster networking sessions throughout the meeting. Finally\, on day 4\, JHTO will hold a small business opportunity day related to improved performance\, reliability\, manufacturability\, and affordability for hypersonic systems.

DESCRIPTION:The annual Conference on Composites\, Materials\, and Structures (also known as the Cocoa Beach Conference) is the preeminent export controlled and ITAR restricted forum in the United States to review and discuss advances in materials for extreme environments.
